G-FUSE

Privacy

Pre-launch version · Last updated September 14, 2026 · Controller: Gascon Digital LLC, Miami, Florida, USA

Scope. This page covers the G-FUSE website and its waitlist, which is everything that exists today. The full privacy policy for the service (connected platforms, credentials, alerts and actions) will be published, after legal review, before early access opens.

What we collect when you join the waitlist

Sign-ups are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs a cookie-less bot check in your browser. Turnstile is operated by Cloudflare under Cloudflare's privacy policy.

What we do with it

We do not sell or rent your address, do not send a newsletter, and do not use it for advertising. Legal basis: your request to join (consent), and our legitimate interest in running the waitlist.

Where it lives

Retention

Waitlist records are kept until early access launches plus twelve months, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at any time: reply to any of our emails with the word remove, or write to gfuse@gascondigital.com. We answer within 30 days. EU and UK residents have the rights set out in the GDPR; California residents have the rights set out in the CCPA.

Cookies

The website sets no cookies of its own. Turnstile may set a short-lived cookie of Cloudflare's to complete the bot check.

Changes

When the service launches, this page will be replaced by the full policy. If a change affects waitlist members, we will say so in the cohort email.
