G-FUSE

Terms

Pre-launch version · Last updated September 14, 2026 · Operator: Gascon Digital LLC, Miami, Florida, USA

Scope. These terms cover the G-FUSE website, the cost calculator and the waitlist. The terms of service for the product itself (connected accounts, alerts, throttle and pause actions, billing) will be published, after legal review, before early access opens. Joining the waitlist does not create a subscription or any obligation to buy.

1. The website and the calculator

The calculator and the articles on this site are estimates built from the platforms' public price lists as of September 2026. Prices, plans and native spending limits change; we update the numbers when we notice, but you should check the platform's own pricing page before making decisions. Nothing here is financial, legal or engineering advice.

2. The waitlist

3. What G-FUSE will be

G-FUSE is being built as a tool that watches usage and billing signals from cloud platforms you connect and, only when you configure it to, acts on your accounts through those platforms' APIs. It will not read your traffic, request bodies or end-user data. Those design commitments are described on the home page and will be part of the service terms.

4. Acceptable use of the site

Do not submit addresses you do not control, and do not attempt to overload or probe the waitlist endpoint. The endpoint is rate-limited and protected by a bot check.

5. No warranty and limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gascon Digital LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, the calculator or the articles, including decisions taken on the basis of the estimates shown.

6. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in Miami-Dade County. Questions: hello@gascondigital.com.
